Common Questions

How do I import my Steam inventory?
Go to the Inventory tab → tap "Import from Steam" → paste your Steam profile URL or username. Your Steam profile must be set to Public.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings inside the app → tap "Restore". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Or visit our Restore Purchases page.
Why are prices not showing?
Prices are fetched live from Steam and may take a moment. Pull down to refresh. Steam occasionally rate-limits requests — try again in a few minutes.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check iOS Settings → Skinmanity → Notifications are enabled. Inside the app, go to Settings → make sure "Enable All Notifications" is on.
How does the iOS widget work?
Long press your home screen → tap + → search "Skinmanity" → add the widget. It shows your total inventory value updated automatically.
Some of my skins are missing after Steam import — why?
There are a few common reasons items don't appear:

1. Inventory is not Public. Open Steam → your Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → set Inventory to Public, then re-import.

2. Items are inside a CS2 Storage Unit. Steam does not share the contents of Storage Units through its public data — this is a Steam limitation, not an app bug. To track those skins, either move them out of the Storage Unit, or add them manually using the + Add Manually button in the Inventory tab.

3. Items are on a trade hold or trade ban. In most cases these still appear, but in rare situations Steam may not return them. Try re-importing after the hold expires, or add them manually via + Add Manually.

Please note: Skinmanity is not affiliated with Valve or Steam. We can only access data that Steam makes publicly available.
