Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased Skinmanity PRO and your subscription is not showing after reinstalling the app or switching devices, you can restore your purchase directly in the app.
How to Restore

Open the Skinmanity app.

Go to the Settings tab (gear icon).

Find the PRO banner at the top.

Tap the RESTORE button.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase.
Your PRO subscription will be restored if it is still active. If you continue to have issues, please contact support through the App Store or Play Store listing.
Purchases are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Make sure you are signed in to the correct account on your device before restoring.
