This applies to the Lifetime license only — the monthly subscription is always billed through the App Store or Google Play. Skin payments are processed by Skinsback, a third-party payment service that accepts CS2 skins instead of money. When you start the payment we redirect you to Skinsback, where you pick skins from your Steam inventory worth the price of the license. Skinsback's bot sends you a normal Steam trade offer — once you accept it, we're notified automatically and your PRO unlocks.

❓ Frequently asked questions
A skin from my inventory isn't showing up — why?
This is a Steam restriction, not an app issue. Skins under a Trade Ban are hidden from your public inventory, so the app can't fetch them — and even after the ban expires, it can take from a few hours up to a few days for Steam to make them publicly visible again. You can verify this yourself: open your Steam inventory in a browser while logged out — whatever is visible there is exactly what the app can see. Just wait for Steam to catch up, or add the skin yourself right away with "+ Add manually" in the app.
A skin shows the "wrong" price — why?
By default Skinmanity uses AUTO mode, which shows a real price — one that people actually pay for the skin, not an inflated listing nobody buys at. That can look lower than what you see on some marketplace pages. If you prefer a specific marketplace, you can switch the price source to any of the 40+ supported markets (Buff163, CSFloat, Skinport, Steam and more) — globally or per item — and the app will show that market's price instead.
Is it safe to connect my Steam account?
Yes. Skinmanity never asks for your Steam login or password — you just paste your Steam profile link (or Steam ID) and we read your public inventory through Steam's official API. It's read-only: the app can't trade, sell, or move your items in any way.
Does my inventory need to be public?
Yes — your Steam inventory must be set to public for the import to work, because we read it through Steam's public API. You can change this in Steam under Profile → Privacy Settings → Inventory. Once your items are imported, they stay in the app even if you make your inventory private again — you just won't get automatic re-imports until it's public.
How often do prices update?
Prices are pulled from live market data (Steam Market, Skinport, DMarket and more) and refresh every time you open the app, plus periodically in the background. Home-screen widgets update on their own roughly every 30 minutes — that's an operating-system limit for widgets, not a cap on the app itself.
How does the monthly subscription work?
The monthly plan is a standard auto-renewing subscription bought inside the app and billed to your App Store or Google Play account. The first month costs just €0.99, then it renews at €3.99/month until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your store's subscription settings — you keep PRO until the end of the paid period. See Restore Purchases if you reinstall or switch devices.
How does the Lifetime purchase work?
Lifetime is a one-time payment — no renewals, no expiry. You can buy it two ways: inside the app through the App Store or Google Play for €11.99, or by paying with CS2 skins through Skinsback for €14.99. Either way you get exactly the same PRO features forever.
What is Skinsback and why am I redirected there?
Skinsback is a third-party payment service that lets you pay with CS2 skins instead of money. We don't handle your skins ourselves — Skinsback values the skins you select, sends you a regular Steam trade offer, and notifies us once you accept it. Your PRO unlocks automatically as soon as the trade is confirmed (as soon as it enters Steam's "in hold" state — you don't wait out the escrow period). Note: if you cancel or decline the trade offer afterwards, PRO access is revoked.
I got a new phone — how do I move my PRO (bought with skins)?
PRO bought with CS2 skins is active on one device at a time. Go to skinmanity.com/devices, enter the email linked to your PRO, and tap Deactivate this device — then open the app on your new phone and PRO activates there automatically. Your inventory, profit and growth history come with you too if you're signed into an account (they sync to the cloud). PRO bought inside the app (App Store / Google Play) moves automatically with your store account — just tap Restore Purchases.
